REDCORD ACTIVE: ADVANCED I - Corrective Exercise (1-day)
PREREQUISITE: REDCORD ACTIVE INTRO COURSE
COURSE DURATION: 1 day (7 contact hours) from 9 AM - 5 PM, unless otherwise noted.
COURSE ATTENDEES: Fitness and healthcare professionals that have completed the Redcord Active Intro course
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This advanced course introduces participants to Redcord's kinetic-chain testing protocol and corrective-exercise programs. Attendees will learn how to identify neuromuscular deficits and altered muscle recruitment patterns in clients/patients exercising on the Redcord. By off-weighting the body with Redcord's patented "bungee" system, the participant will learn ways to regress the exercises with proper biomechanical alignment and to establish efficient muscle coordination along each myofascial chain. Upon completion of this course, the fitness or healthcare professional will be able to demonstrate ways to provide active clients/patients with a "proprioceptively" enriched environment - coupled with Redcord's regression/progression exercise principles - to effectively regain neuromuscular control and functional stability for sports or daily activities.

TUITION: Tuition includes course registration, course manual, instructor fees and certificate of completion.
COURSE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: All Course Fees are Non-Refundable. If Redcord makes the decision to cancel a course, for any reason, the registrant will have the option to take a full refund or full credit towards a future course. Registrants must submit a written request to change their registration from one course to another. They may be subject to additional fees listed below. All requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to
info@redcord.us and include the new course location and course date. Upon approval of the written request, the participant will receive an e-mail confirmation from Redcord with the new registration information. No requests will be approved via phone.
14+ days no penalty: Written requests made at least 14 days prior to course date will not be subject to a rescheduling fee
3-13 days penalty: Written requests made less than 14 days (3 to 13 days) prior to course date will be subject to:
$50.00 rescheduling fee for all 1-day courses
$100.00 rescheduling fee for all 2-day courses
$150.00 rescheduling fee for all 3-day courses
<3 days penalty: Written requests made less than 72 hours prior to course date will be subject to:
$100.00 rescheduling fee for all 1-day courses
$200.00 rescheduling fee for all 2-day courses
$300.00 rescheduling fee for all 3-day courses
NOTE: IF REDCORD CANCELS A COURSE, FOR ANY REASON, THE PARTICIPANT HAS THE OPTION TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE COURSE. REDCORD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REIMBURSING TRAVEL OR LODGING EXPENSES IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLED OR POSTPONED COURSE.
