All courses will be reviewed two weeks prior to the course date to evaluate the possibility of cancellation. Courses with less than 5 participants may be cancelled/rescheduled. Please note, Redcord is not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses in the event of a cancelled or rescheduled course.
To transfer your registration from one course date/location to another, you must submit a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the new course date and location. Requests will only be accepted if made at least 3 days in advance of the course date. Upon approval of the written request, you will receive an email confirmation with the new registration information. No requests will be approved via phone. A maximum of one transfer of course date will be accepted per purchase. Course purchase must be used within one year of original course registration date or customer agrees to forfeit entire value.
Please note, any changes to registration are subject to the following rescheduling fees:
14+ days: Written requests made at least 14 days prior to course date will NOT be subject to a rescheduling fee.
3-13 days: Written requests made 3 to 13 days prior to course date will be subject to:
<3 days (without a valid reason): Requests made less than 3 days prior to the course date WILL NOT be accepted. You must attend the course or forfeit the entire value of this course.
<3 days (with a valid reason): If you cannot attend a course due to an unforeseen circumstance such as a death in the family, car accident, or acute illness, you may send a written request to transfer your registration to a future course date. This request must be followed by submission of proof of such occurrence (i.e. doctor’s note). Redcord USA reserves the right to accept or deny the request to transfer. If accepted, you will be required to pay a rescheduling fee as shown below.
