Neuromax, LLC is the official distributor of Redcord products in the U.S. and Canada.


PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All Redcord products sold by Neuromax, LLC are protected by a 30-day return policy.  If you wish to return an item, for any reason, please contact us at (888) 988-2760 or by e-mail at info@redcord.us within 30 days from the date that you received the shipment.  We will gladly exchange your product, or issue you credit towards a future purchase.  We will ONLY issue a full refund for an item returned in its original packaging and in "new" condition.

All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.  Please write your name, address, and order number on the shipping label and return it to:

We will issue a refund, credit or exchange once the merchandise is received and inspected.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Redcord products sold by Neuromax, LLC have a limited one-year warranty for defects.  This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair and scratches to the finish.

For questions regarding the warranty and instructions for product replacement, please call us at (888) 988-2760 or e-mail info@redcord.us within 1 year of your proof of purchase.  You will receive an authorization number with instructions for returning the item.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Redcord, and they are responsible for any damage or loss during shipment to Redcord.  Please write your authorization number on the shipping label and send to:

Once received, a Redcord product specialist will inspect the item.  If determined to be covered under warranty, the product will be replaced and shipped to you at no cost.  In the event that your product is not covered under warranty, Redcord will send your original product back to you.
